Description : WE ARE HIRING - BEST PLACES TO WORK!
Idaho Housing and Finance Association is seeking a Customer Service Representative I in our Hazard Claims . The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries related to their mortgage payments, taxes, and / or insurance and be familiar with mortgage terminology.
The CSR I will take phone calls and emails to process customer requests regarding their Insurance needs. The CSR I will maintain friendly and helpful interaction with IHFA’s borrowers. The CSR I will be able to answer questions regarding Insurance policy requirements, hazard claims, update escrowed insurance details and work with the Servicing Vendor for borrower insurance needs. The CSR I will back up Customer Service calls.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities :

- Responds to customer inquiries, works to meet customer needs and maintain good customer relations.
- Accept calls from Customer Service and other co-workers to be available for borrowers on Claims calls. Provide a team spirit atmosphere for good customer service.
