Key Responsibilities
Coach teams in the development of GenAI assistants, focusing on ideation, prototyping, and testing
Assist learners in refining prompts and building workflows aligned with business objectives
Provide feedback during prototype labs and support teams in connecting their work to business impact
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with GenAI tools in business contexts
Strong background in prompt engineering, workflow design, or applied data analysis
Experience in coaching, consulting, or facilitating training sessions
Understanding of assistant localization issues, including tone and cultural fit
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic value propositions
