The Department of Management at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, invites applications for two full-time Academic Professional Track (Non Tenure) faculty positions with a 9-month academic appointment beginning August 1, 2026. Applicants will be considered for the faculty titles of Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor depending on qualifications.
The successful candidates are expected to teach in the areas of Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Development and Change, and Global Management among other management topics. For these positions, we seek qualified members who have interest or experience in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level (e.g., BBA, MBA, MS, professional MBA, executive MBA) in the synchronous and asynchronous formats. Position may involve teaching in summer semesters as well. The teaching load will be six courses per year. Other service expectations are commensurate with the position level.
The Department of Management houses the Center for Human Resource Management, which has 25 different corporate partners (most of whom are Fortune 100 companies). The department also has close connections with the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship, Flippen Leadership Institute and Center for Executive Development (which provides customized executive education programs to a large network of corporate partners).

About the Bryan/College Station Metropolitan Area: The Bryan/College Station metro area (“Aggieland”) has a population of over 250,000, and is among the 15 fastest growing metro areas in the United States, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Applicants must possess a doctorate or DBA in the appropriate discipline: Management, Business, International Business, Organizational Behavior, Sociology, Education, and/or Psychology or related field. Significant teaching experience at the college/school level in the field or in a related field is preferred.
A strong record of academic excellence; demonstrated passion for teaching; commitment to scholarly activities; proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage students; and enthusiasm for active participation in a collegial and dedicated faculty community are strongly preferred.
