About the Role
Join us on our mission to transform lives through AI in the health sector as our Head of Security. In this essential role, you will spearhead our global security strategy encompassing application security, compliance, and security operations. You will define and implement an information security roadmap, develop robust security programs, and fortify our company's defenses.
The right candidate will expertly manage security incident responses, conduct security audits, and continually adapt our security policies to align with industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, and HR teams to weave security into every aspect of our operations.
To succeed, you should bring around 10 years of experience in building and leading security teams, with a profound understanding of all facets of cybersecurity. Excellent communication skills, a proactive security mindset, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams are crucial. Knowledge of security standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST CSF, along with a successful history of leading security audits and certifications, is required. Experience in the digital health or healthcare field, familiarity with high-security environments, and a track record in a high-growth organization will be significant advantages. Professional security certifications, as well as experience with ITIL and EMR systems, are preferred.
