We're looking for a Head of Student Success & Fulfillment - someone who's experienced, structured, and excited to build systems that make learning smooth and impactful. You should be a strategic thinker who loves improving processes, supporting students, and creating predictable, high-quality program delivery.
In this role, you will :
- Lead and support the Student Success and Fulfillment team
- Oversee onboarding, engagement, and success tracking for clients and students
- Collaborate with content and education teams to improve learning materials and delivery
- Build and document fulfillment processes that scale with growth
- Manage tools like Notion, HubSpot, and Slack for efficient workflows
- Monitor satisfaction metrics and improve the overall client journey
- Partner with the founder to align fulfillment with company goals
This is a full-time role with preferred overlap in EST hours.
