Your Impact

As Head of Product you will define and execute Radix's product vision, leading a team of passionate product managers to build innovative, data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for scaling the product organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of curiosity, resilience, and impact . Your ability to think strategically, inspire teams, and execute with precision will directly shape Radix's trajectory as a category leader in multifamily data insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, communicate, and lead a clear product vision with courage and in alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Drive curiosity within the team to deeply understand customer pain points, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Leverage data analytics, customer feedback, and market research to inform product priorities and strategy.
  • Maintain a pulse on competitors and evolving market needs, ensuring that we maintain our competitive advantage.
  • Own the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality feature releases.
  • Inspire and lead teams through change and champion a culture of resilience that embraces challenges and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop frameworks for prioritization, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic investments.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, responsibility, and impact .
  • Instill best practices in product management, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and alignment with company goals.

    Experience

  • 8+ years in product management, with at least 5 years leading product teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience scaling product organizations in high-growth companies.
  • Strong background in data-driven products, analytics, and platform development.

  • Deep expertise in product strategy, road-mapping, and agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility to drive impactful product decisions.
