The Head of Product is responsible for defining the product vision strategy and roadmap for our Real-Time Location Systems portfolio. This leader will guide product discovery oversee execution and collaborate closely with engineering sales marketing and customer teams to deliver innovative high-value RTLS solutions. The role combines strategic market understanding with hands-on product leadership to drive adoption customer satisfaction and revenue growth across the business.

As our Head of Product - RTLS youll support HIDs successby :

• Defining the long-term product strategy and vision for our RTLS portfolio.
• Identifying market opportunities customer needs and emerging trends to guide strategic prioritization.
• Building and owning a multi-year roadmap aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
• Leading mentoring and growing a high-performing product team.
• Collaborating closely with engineering UX sales marketing and operations
• Establishing best-practice processes for product discovery requirements and release management.
• Translating customer requirements and business objectives into clear product specs and user stories.
• Running data-driven product cycles with strong execution focus and predictable delivery.
• Partnering with engineering leadership to ensure products ship on time with high quality and measurable impact.
• Owning product performance metrics : adoption retention ARR and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluating build / buy / partner decisions for new capabilities.
• Supporting pricing strategy packaging and go-to-market planning.
