Head Of Sales

Select Source Solutions is a multi-state staffing and workforce solutions company entering a major growth phase. The business has a strong foundation, established client relationships, and meaningful market presence. Now, the company is building the sales infrastructure, leadership discipline, technology adoption, and enterprise account strategy needed to support its next stage of expansion.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a build, lead, and scale opportunity.

The Opportunity

You will own the national sales strategy across Light Industrial, Skilled Trades / Construction, and IT Staffing. Your focus will be building a predictable, profitable revenue engine that can win larger accounts, strengthen local markets, improve pricing discipline, and move the company from traditional staffing sales to consultative workforce solutions.

You will lead the charge on:

  • Winning large enterprise staffing accounts and multi-site workforce programs.
  • Strengthening local and regional sales execution across branch markets.
  • Building scalable sales playbooks, pipeline discipline, and forecasting cadence.
  • Improving CRM adoption, sales productivity, and revenue visibility.
  • Driving value-based selling, pricing discipline, and stronger gross margins.
  • Training teams to sell workforce solutions, not commodity labor.
  • Turning technology, analytics, automation, and client-facing tools into a stronger commercial story.
  • Partnering with Operations, Finance, Technology, and the CEO to align growth with delivery capacity and profitability.

This role is built for a staffing sales executive who:

  • Has led sales in a staffing or workforce solutions business.
  • Has helped scale a sizable, multi-market revenue organization.
  • Knows how to win and expand enterprise accounts.
  • Understands light industrial, commercial staffing, skilled trades, construction, IT staffing, or similar workforce verticals.
  • Can build structure without slowing down growth.
  • Has strong command of pipeline, pricing, gross margin, forecasting, and account profitability.
  • Leads with urgency, accountability, and a consultative sales mindset.
  • Is comfortable in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment where the next stage of growth still needs to be built.

Success means building a sales organization that produces predictable, profitable growth.

In year one, that means stronger pipeline visibility, better forecasting, sharper pricing discipline, improved local market execution, stronger enterprise account pursuit, and a sales team that can clearly sell differentiated workforce solutions.

Longer term, this leader will help position Select Source Solutions as a technology-enabled workforce partner capable of supporting significant revenue growth, stronger margins, better client retention, and a more durable commercial platform.
