Job Description :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide exceptional care to patients in their homes. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily living activities, providing clinical support, and helping improve the quality of life for our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities :

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Provide mobility assistance, including helping patients with transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
Provide personal care such as catheter care, wound care, and other nursing tasks as needed.
Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare team.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, helping them maintain a sense of independence and dignity.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in home healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate, patient, and attentive to patient needs.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required for travel between patient homes).

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
