Job descriptionClient Engagement & Safety Leadership Lead regular client safety reviews, setting measurable safety goals, and updating safety plans as needed. Serve as a safety advisor, customizing strategies to meet each client's unique safety objectives. Operational Excellence & Compliance Develop and implement safety management systems aligned with Safety Plus standards and client goals. Oversee client safety programs, ensuring timely updates and adjustments to meet evolving compliance requirements. Training & Knowledge Transfer Promote a culture of safety accountability through continuous learning and reinforcement of best practices. Continuous Improvement & Program Advancement Develop and maintain compliance schedules to help clients meet all regulatory requirements and deadlines. Act as a liaison between Safety Plus and clients to ensure effective communication and alignment on safety goals. Strategic Planning & Retention Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, advocating for client needs while working within our service delivery framework. Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field preferred; 3+ years of experience in a safety management role. Knowledge & Skills : Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations; additional knowledge of USDOT and MSHA requirements is a plus. Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present safety concepts to diverse client teams. Organization & Multitasking : Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively. Adaptability & Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements. Travel : Willingness to travel regularly to client sites as needed.

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll be integral in driving client safety performance, supporting clients in creating safer work environments, and helping them meet regulatory compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities
Build strong client relationships, understanding each client’s safety needs, operational challenges, and values.
Conduct on-site evaluations to identify hazards, provide best practice recommendations, and ensure compliance with OSHA and relevant regulations.
Design and conduct safety training sessions to empower client staff with skills for sustained safety improvement.
Analyze data from audits, incident reports, and trends to identify opportunities for proactive safety improvements.
Partner with clients to align their safety programs with Safety Plus standards, supporting their strategic safety goals.
