What does this group do?
Ensure the safety and well-being of employees, as well as compliance with environmental regulations for Corporate Irvine Site, R&D labs, and Field teams. Some key responsibilities of our team include (but are not limited to) the following :
- Developing and Implementing EHS Standards
- Ensuring that all operations comply with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
- Providing EHS expertise for new processes, new products, and technologies and participating in the change control process of the site
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the company's operations.
- Emergency Response
- Preparing and providing comprehensive safety training to employees.
- Evaluating and mitigating the environmental impact of the company's activities.
- Analyzing incidents, injuries, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.

What will the work schedule be? Can any overtime be expected? How many days onsite? The work schedule is from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. This position requires five days on-site with no remote work options. While overtime is generally not expected, there may be rare occasions that necessitate minimal overtime.
