Customer Service Representative

• Training : 18 weeks 8am -4 : 30pm in your local time zone NO PTO allowed during that time .
• Shift hours M-F may range 6am-8pm in your local time zone and based on performance.

Health Concierge -Customer Service Representative is the face of Aetna to provide targeted, personalizedservice based on a holistic view of the member, benefits, health information, and through engagement. Handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, web-chat or written correspondence. Engages, consults and educates members based upon the members unique needs, preferences and understanding of Aetna plans, tools and resources to help guide the members along a clear path to care. Utilizes resources to assist customers in understanding components of the Aetna products including claims, accumulators, usage and balances, and cost sharing.

The typical pay range for this role is :

17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
