Weaver Consultant's Group Health and Safety team is looking for an Administrative Assistant in our Fort Worth, Texas, Naperville, Illinois, or Chicago, Illinois office. This position offers a dynamic, engaging opportunity with competitive pay.

Responsibilities :

• The Administrative Assistant serves as a nationwide liaison to Weaver Companies' business units.
• This position is responsible for helping ensure that records and documentation are accurately generated and retained.
• The role supports general monitoring and coordination processes and may serve as a point of contact with external partners.
• Strong written communication is essential, as the position frequently involves preparing and distributing company-wide communications.
• The Administrative Assistant reports to the Program Director and may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
