Job Summary :

The Dietitian / Health Coach will assist with assessing, planning, designing, and implementing the Wellness Works or Workforce Health program, as well as presenting on various health topics to corporate clients. This individual will assist and interact with departments to develop services that meet the needs of Froedtert Health customers. Travel is required. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION :

Three to five years as a dietitian with experience in community nutrition / outpatient counseling / program development / community relations / presentations is required. Healthcare organization experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION :

Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Food & Nutrition Services is required. Completion of an ADA approved internship or coordinated undergraduate program is required. Master Degree with emphasis in healthcare related field is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION :

Working knowledge of personal computer and various audiovisual equipment including Microsoft Suite. Demonstrates evidence of group facilitation, integrity, initiative, written and verbal communication skills.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION :

Current Registered Dietitian is required. Current Registered Dietitian must also be a State of Wisconsin Certified Dietitian within 3 months of date of hire or transfer. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within three months of hire. Valid drivers license is required. Wellness or Health Coaching Certification endorsed by the National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC) or Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) is preferred. Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE) is preferred.
