Job descriptionSupervise and train urgent care team members Lead team meetings, consultations, and structured debriefings Oversee delivery of in-person and telehealth services for children and adults Support law enforcement and first responders per partnership agreements Ensure documentation, quality standards, and scheduling compliance Collaborate with internal leadership and community partners Submit reports and track program performance metrics Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and team development Maintain clinical licensure, complete required training, and uphold ethical standards Masters in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling Full licensure in Michigan (LMSW, LLP, or LPC) Required Minimum 3 years of experience treating adults / children with mental health needs At least 1 year of experience working with I / DD and / or substance use disorders Eligible for QMHP, QIDP, QCMHP credentials at hire CAADC credential or MCBAP Development Plan within 6 weeks of hire Strong crisis management, assessment, and documentation skills Cultural competency and experience working in diverse community settings Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays (New Years, MLK Day, Juneteenth, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and more) Mileage reimbursement ($0.64 / mile) Paid training
