Job descriptionGraduate of an accredited nursing school or therapy Current state license as required by state or federal guidance 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health care environment Strongly Preferred : Licensed RN Previous experience in quality assurance or coding is required along with 4 years of supervisory experience Previous experience in a Home Health services or Hospice environment Advanced clinical skills as defined by accepted clinical standards, including ability to manage patient care episodes, changes to plan of care, clinical evaluations, and recommendations Ability to set objectives, assess staff competencies, allocate work, facilitate team alignment, and create a motivating, safe working environment Ability to quickly become proficient in enterprise applications (HomeCare HomeBase, Workday, etc.) with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Develop trusted relationships and networks, leverage personal networks, and relate across both supervisory and leadership levels
