As a Contract Administrator at True Anomaly, you will report to the Senior Director, Supply Chain and play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day administration of subcontracts that enable successful program execution. You will maintain contract documentation, support compliance, track performance, and coordinate across internal teams helping ensure our subcontracted work runs smoothly as we build the technologies that redefine space security.
Administer subcontracts, SOWs, NDAs, and change orders throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready
Support the development and maintenance of standard contract templates, filing systems, and administrative processes
Track contract milestones, deliverables, and expiration dates, and proactively flag issues to the Subcontract Manager
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Program teams to process change orders, invoices, and contract modifications in a timely manner
Ensure subcontractor payments are processed accurately and on schedule in accordance with contract terms
Monitor subcontractor compliance with contract requirements including regulatory, export control, and security obligations
Maintain organized records and support audit readiness across all subcontract documentation
Assist in tracking subcontract budgets, commitments, and spend against financial plans
Support subcontractor performance tracking by collecting data, maintaining KPI dashboards, and preparing reports for internal stakeholders
Coordinate with Program Management and Engineering to ensure subcontract activities are reflected in program schedules and milestone tracking
Assist in the preparation and issuance of RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
24 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or supply chain in an aerospace, defense, or technology environment
Familiarity with contract structures, SOW development, and subcontract lifecycle management
Basic understanding of regulatory requirements including FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and export control compliance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in contract management or ERP systems; experience with document management tools a plus
Clear and effective communicator with a collaborative approach to working across teams
Eager to learn, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
Base Salary: $60,000-$90,000

This a fully onsite position based out of our Centennial, CO or Long Beach, CA office.
