Job description
A company is looking for a Part Time After Hours Care Manager - Behavioral Health.Key ResponsibilitiesAuthorize and review utilization of mental health and substance abuse services in care settingsProvide telephone triage, crisis intervention, and emergency authorizations as neededDevelop and oversee discharge plans in collaboration with providers and facilitiesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationCurrent licensure in relevant fields (e.g., CEAP, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, RN)Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health settingsKnowledge of utilization management procedures and community resourcesExperience in inpatient and / or outpatient settingsUnderstanding of DSM V or the most current diagnostic edition
