Other duties include gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, assist with processing returns and exchanges, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, along with follow safety procedures and company policies, maintain accurate records and documentation, work collaboratively across teams and departments, provide excellent service to customers and team members.
