Home Instead is looking for Personal Care Assistants in the Monument, Co. areas!
Objective : Home Instead® Personal Care Assistants provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes as they age. These services are meant to enhance the quality of life for seniors. Home Instead® Care Professionals help clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity, pride, care, and compassion.

Schedule :
Minimum - 16 hours per week (part-time) / Maximum - 40 hours per week (full-time)
Pay Rate : $17-$18 per hour depending on experience
Primary Responsibilities :
- Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client's quality of life
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence issues when needed
- Alzheimer's / Dementia Care
- Assistance with Hospice Care
- Companionship and conversation
- Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions.
- Maintain regular communication with office staff
