About the Role

Principles Recovery Center is seeking an experienced Outreach Manager to independently lead territory growth across South Florida. This role is designed for a seasoned behavioral health outreach professional who can strategically manage partnerships, strengthen referral pipelines, and represent PRC with professionalism and clinical credibility.

You will own your territory, drive relationship development, and contribute directly to sustainable program growth within the substance use and mental health landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Leadership

• Independently manage and execute outreach strategy across assigned regions.

• Identify and cultivate high-value referral partnerships.

• Track market trends and align outreach efforts with strategic growth goals.

Partnership Development

• Build relationships with therapists, hospitals, detox programs, treatment centers, and community providers.

• Position PRC as a trusted clinical resource within the professional community.

• Maintain consistent follow-through and long-term engagement with referral partners.

Program Representation

• Educate partners on PRC's levels of care, treatment philosophy, and admissions process.

• Represent PRC at meetings, events, and professional networking opportunities.

• Translate clinical programming into clear, accessible messaging.

Admissions Collaboration & Reporting

• Partner with Admissions to ensure seamless referral-to-intake transitions.

• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and referral tracking.

• Support appropriate alternative referrals when PRC is not the right clinical fit.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct behavioral health outreach experience (required).

• Experience independently managing a territory or referral network.

• Strong knowledge of PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass DCF and AHCA Level-2 background check.

Preferred

• Bilingual (English & Spanish).

• Established South Florida referral relationships.

• Experience within PHP, IOP, or outpatient treatment environments.
