Job descriptionSupport Participant Goals : Assist in implementing both formal and informal goals to help participants build skills and increase independence across a range of daily activities. Assist with Community Work Skills : Provide assistance with keeping individuals on task, provide work direction, and help to ensure job tasks are completed to the employers specifications. Transport Safely : Drive participants to and from job-sites in a safe manner. Bus Aiding : Ride along on Achieve transportation to ensure that individuals maintain safety on vehicles. Assist with wheelchair tiedowns and participant needs while on transportation. Engage in Meaningful Activities : Facilitate engaging tasks and activities, ensuring participants are actively involved in functional and rewarding experiences throughout the day. Promote Independence : Help participants complete tasks in a way that encourages growth and greater self-sufficiency. Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment : Ensure that all program areas and workstations are kept clean, safe, and orderly. Accurate Data Collection : Record essential program data on a daily basis to track progress and outcomes. Foster Positive Relationships : Communicate effectively with staff, participants, families, and case managers to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in the programs success. Provide Assistance with Personal Care : Offer support to participants as needed with eating, mobility, and personal care tasks. Collaborative Teamwork : Work closely with staff, other agencies, and family members to provide seamless services and support. Safety First : Supervise participants throughout the day, ensuring their well-being and safety in all activities.

Were looking for a Job Coach who is ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities, helping them gain independence, build meaningful skills, and engage in enriching daily activities. This position will also bus aide on Achieve transportation routes.
