Job description
A company is looking for a VIP Health Coach.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new members and assist them throughout their health journey
Engage with members through various communication methods to promote adherence to health recommendations
Monitor member progress and provide feedback on health metrics to ensure compliance with the program
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in health / nutrition counseling, health coaching, or a related field
Active license in the U.S. or relevant health coaching certifications preferred
Experience with motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques
Ability to adapt to new technologies and integrate data into patient care
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients
