Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring a PE / Health Teacher for the 2026-2027 School Year and beyond at our High School! As our school is growing, we will have vacancies at various grade levels. Driver's Education certification is a major bonus.

Base Salary : $70,500 - $90,000+

TEACHER SUPPORTS

Teachers at Empowerment Academy are part of a school-wide team. They receive career-long coaching and professional development support from school leaders; work with their peers in professional learning communities (PLCs) to plan lessons and solve problems; and partner with an array of specialists to meet scholars’ diverse needs.

Requirements

Teacher certification is required for this role. Candidate must hold a CE, CEAS, Limited CE, or Standard Certificate in “PE / Health” issued by the NJDOE. Driver's Ed is a bonus! Please only apply if certified.
