Key Responsibilities Manage a $2m+ portfolio of health equity client relationships and lead multiple client engagements Develop and maintain strong client relationships while guiding clients on integrated marketing and health equity decisions Oversee operational efforts, financial performance, and team development to ensure high-quality service delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred A minimum of 13 years of experience in a Public Relations agency or client-side role, particularly in healthcare Experience in organic business growth and managing client budgets Proven ability to develop and mentor junior staff and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Demonstrated experience in project management and strategic development in a fast-paced environment
