About the position : Children's Recovery Center (CRC) in Norman, OK is recruiting for Mental Health Technicians to provide non-professional direct or indirect care for consumers receiving behavioral health treatment at our facility. This includes participation in de-escalation activities and assuring that consumers are kept safe. This position acts as a role model for consumers, demonstrating effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, and will assist in providing recreational and therapeutic activities for the consumer, transporting residents to and from medical appointments, and assuring scheduled programming is carried out.
Job Type / Salary :
- Hiring for the evening shift : 3 pm to 11 pm.
- FLSA Status : Non-Exempt
- MHT I : Annual Salary is $29,328.20 ($14.10 / hr.) plus shift differentials and benefits pay!
- MHT II : Annual Salary is $31,799.00($15.29 / hr.) plus shift differentials and benefits pay!
- MHT III : Annual Salary is $34,517.00($16.59 / hr.) plus shift differentials and benefits pay!
Additional Compensation : Along with our great benefits we also offer additional compensation for working outside of normal business hours! These shift differentials are stacked on top of your base pay when working evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays. Minimum Qualifications and Experience :

About the Facility : Children’s Recovery Center of Oklahoma (CRC) is in Norman, Oklahoma, and serves all 77 counties in Oklahoma as the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) treatment center for young people ages 12 through 17. CRC provides community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health and trauma-related conditions. Why Join Us?
