Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming environment for members, employees, vendors, and visitors
• Motivate sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure studio is meeting performance standards
• Develop strategies to drive member engagement and retention
• Manage and maintain schedules for employees
• Ensure employees are properly trained on Orangetheory workouts and procedures
• Respond to member concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new members
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven leadership and management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for health and wellness
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
• Team player
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
