Job Title : Home Health Aide (HHA) Location : Albuquerque and Surrounding areas Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time

Our team is passionate about improving the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care in the comfort of their homes. We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities :
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort.
Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor or healthcare team.
Provide respite care for family members as needed.
Document and maintain accurate records of care provided.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.
Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role preferred.
Compassionate, reliable, and patient with a strong desire to help others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to lift and assist clients with mobility.
Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
