Become part of an extraordinary team at an eating disorder treatment facility specializing in Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) . As a Behavioral Health Technician , you’ll be at the heart of patient care, leading interactive group sessions, providing compassionate support during meals, and fostering a safe, empowering environment that promotes recovery and growth.
Behavioral Health Technician Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain a supportive and safe therapeutic environment to foster patient growth and recovery.
- Facilitate group sessions and provide meal support, modeling positive eating behaviors.
- Help patients transition into the program through orientation and guidance.
- Build therapeutic rapport while addressing patient needs compassionately.
- Complete clinical documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain daily program structure.
