Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Agent Apprentice, your core duties will include :

Driving new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies

Conducting client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

Selling and cross-selling insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

Developing and nurturing strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and policy reviews

Meeting and exceeding individual sales goals to support overall agency growth

Staying current on product knowledge and regulatory requirements

Utilizing CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals

Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are passionate about sales, proactive, and professional. The ideal Insurance Agent Apprentice will have :

1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals

A coachable attitude and eagerness to learn

High levels of organization and time management

Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Bilingual abilities are a plus
