A company is looking for a Controller - REMOTE.Key Responsibilities : Facilitate and prepare statutory reporting aligned with Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesManage and execute consolidation processes under Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesOversee regulatory reporting specifically tailored for Property and Casualty, adhering to National Association of Insurance Commissioners guidelinesRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger systems and financial statement preparationProven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex reconciliation and reporting issuesExperience managing a team of five or more professionalsKnowledge of the insurance industry, including policy and claims systems, is preferred
