Job description
Chattanooga’s most‑reviewed 5‑star insurance agency is hiring a driven Account Manager who wants a real career, not just a job. If you like checking things off, staying organized, and helping people the right way, you’ll fit in here.
Compensation:$45,000 - $55,000
Responsibilities:- Work a steady, task‑heavy queue: policy changes, renewals, certificates, billing questions, and follow‑ups.
- Communicate kindly and clearly by phone and email; keep clients informed without being chased.
- Keep clean, accurate records in our management system; follow established workflows.
- Team with colleagues and leadership to solve problems and keep the day moving.
- Learn the business, earn/maintain your TN P&C license (we’ll help), and grow into more responsibility.
- 1–3 years of professional experience (office admin, banking, customer support, insurance, or similar).
- Task‑driven: you plan your work, stay on track, and finish what you start.
- Detail‑minded: accuracy and follow‑through matter to you.
- Strong communicator with a positive, service‑minded attitude.
- Able to work full-time in‑office, Monday–Friday in Chattanooga.
- Licensed in TN P&C or willing to obtain within 45–60 days (we sponsor).
