Front Office Position : Insurance Verification specialist for an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Office (Mesa)
PART TIME Front Office Position
Office hours : Monday - Wednesday
Wage : DOE
Duties :
Verification of Dental and medical insurance for new and existing patients.
Meet, greet, and check-in patients, schedule appointments, answer busy phones, scanning records as needed
Qualifications needed, but not limited to :
We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, detailed oriented, professional person with experience to add to our amazing front office team.
- Happy, energetic personality to greet our patients.
- Excellent telephone skills and etiquette.
- Experience with dental / medical insurance verification.
- Appointment Scheduling.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Perform other duties as assigned, as well as follow OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
- Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with co-workers and patients of all backgrounds.
- Professional Appearance
- Problem solving skills
- Organization and professionalism are a must.
