- 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and editing documents, policies, and procedures concerning CFIUS-related matters.
- Experience utilizing various open-source research platforms.
- US Citizenship required.
- Clearance : Must possess a minimum Position of Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Office 365, and SharePoint.
- 10+ years' experience and familiarity with the CFIUS process and analysis with a master's degree or bachelor's with 15+ years of analytical experience.
- Experience conducting analysis and activities in a Title-50 or Title-10 environment.
- Experience conducting analysis and activities in a non-Title-50 or non-Title-10 environment.
- Graduate of a US Government Intelligence or Open-Source Analysis Course.
- Thoroughly familiar with EO 13587 and 721 of the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (section 721), and as implemented by Executive Order 11858, as amended, and the regulations at chapter VIII of title 31 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
