Position Summary :

Provides direct and indirect administrative support to Policy Management, including completing carrier and broker file weekly updates, certificates of insurance (COI), endorsements, and monopolistic policy state filings. Collaborates with our Client Acceptance Department, Audit Department, and Risk & Safety Department.

Areas of responsibility include the following :

• Annual workers' compensation policy renewal.
• Coordinating issuance of minimum premium and zero payroll policies
• Workers' compensation policy endorsements : USL&H, Foreign Travel, Defense Base Act, etc.
• State filing notices & penalty management
• Workers' compensation policy changes : new state exposure, FEIN changes, name changes, ownership changes, and dba additions / changes.
