A company is looking for a Policy Specialist, Health Finance & Global Fund STC.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of Global Fund co-financing strategies and compliance pathways
Design and structure innovative health financing instruments and co-financing mechanisms
Establish multi-stakeholder co-financing platforms and integrate health financing into national frameworks
Required Qualifications
Advanced university degree in Public Health, Economics / Finance, Public Policy, International Development, or related discipline, or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in health financing or public financial management
Proven track record in designing or implementing health financing instruments
Experience supporting government agencies in health financing implementation
Exposure to Global Fund processes and co-financing requirements
