LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking Mental Health Therapists for our New Albany and Jeffersonville, Indiana office

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling is required, LCSW is preferred.
• This position will provide individual therapy to adults and adolescent / child clients with mental health and / or addiction issues, working with an interdisciplinary team to advance their recovery. Duties will also include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and documentation of services in an electronic medical record. New grads start at $45,000 and it goes up with experience. LCSW / fully licensed clinicians start at $55,000 and it goes up with experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field

LSW / CSW, LMHCa, LMFTa or eligible

Preferred LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana

Strong clinical skills

Previous experience working with clients that have a mental health and / or substance use diagnosis

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
