What the day will look like

The Health Solutions Specialist will contribute to the team's success by taking ownership of and accountability for assigned projects and deliverables. You will play an integral role on the client team, with exposure to all aspects of day-to-day client service delivery. This includes :

  • Proactively building knowledge base of health and welfare benefits
  • Developing an understanding of basic business and financial concepts
  • Collaborating with others to get input on identifying and resolving issues
  • Collecting, analyzing, and preparing information to facilitate requirements of client requests

    Pay Transparency Laws :

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $46,000 to $61,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

    The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Dallas, TX. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
