Your primary responsibilities will include conducting psychiatric assessments, making diagnoses, developing treatment plans, and managing medication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead psychiatric care procedures in coordination with clinical teams.
• Participates in clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, including prescribing medications and conducting psychiatric evaluations.
• Collaborate with program managers to ensure adherence to clinical standards.
• Provides psychiatric services and consultation for staff development and best practice implementation.
• Provide support for after-hours psychiatric crises when necessary.
• Maintains licensure, attends required training, and represents the agency at city / state meetings.
