Responsibilities :

• The Global Sales Support Promotion Specialists, support our Global Sales Team with short term marketing sales promotions.
• They work with internal business partners to guarantee deals are moving forward by providing quote benefits as well as educate sales on program guidelines.
• Each GSS team member works out of a shared mailbox and is responsible for managing the promotion alias activities with accuracy and speed.
• They are also responsible for expediting requests and escalating outstanding scenarios with the leadership team for proper resolution.
