Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, address inquiries about our high-quality Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Your goal will be to ensure maximum customer satisfaction while staying informed about product features and maintaining visual standards in our store.

This position is available at Store #1281, located at : 4150 Lafayette Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46254. This is a full-time opportunity with a starting pay rate of $17.05 / hr.

As a vital member of our team, you will :

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and via phone, addressing their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build trustful relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately, according to policies and procedures.
• Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
• Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up attractive product displays.
• Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
• Keep store equipment clean and operational.
• Stay knowledgeable about products available and discuss options with customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Provide suggestions for sales improvement.
