This will be a full-time, direct placement position. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical and Health Services Manager to join our healthcare team. This role will oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities or a specific department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management for departments or facilities.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and policies, including local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Staff Supervision : Recruit, train, and manage healthcare staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
