Key Responsibilities Process requests for patient health information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations Manage patient health records and ensure accuracy in assembling medical records Assist with administrative duties and respond to requests for patient records from both internal and external sources Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment Ability to commute between locations and work overtime during peak seasons Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
