Overview :
As a Homehealth LPN , you will provide patient care in the ambulatory care home setting according to established standards of care, in collaboration with Care Managers and Medical Providers as members of the primary care team.
Type of Opportunity : Full Time FTE : 1.0 / 40 hours per week
