A Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree is required. Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain your license. Some experience in long-term care or nursing home settings is preferred. BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent work environments. Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. as needed.

What You'll Do :
- Provide comprehensive podiatric care to residents in various long-term and senior care settings.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions.
- Deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, focusing on diabetic foot management.
- Educate patients and caregivers about mobility and foot health.
- Collaborate with facility staff to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
- Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top-quality care.
- Document clinical encounters using NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.
