Job description
A company is looking for a Member Administrative Specialist to support critical business functions related to lab collection, insurance verification, and member support.
Key Responsibilities
Review, upload, and transcribe lab submissions, and manage billing inquiries using internal systems
Execute manual insurance checks to ensure patient eligibility for treatment
Assist with various tasks to support the Member Support and Virta teams while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
Available to work 40 hours per week with some weekend flexibility
Experience using multiple digital tools and systems with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Operational experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Bilingual or multilingual, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
Associate's Degree or higher level credentials preferred
