WHO YOU ARE
As Controller, you will report directly to the CFO and spearhead financial strategies that fuel our mission to transform non-emergent 911 responses through innovative telehealth solutions. Your experience as a private equity or venture-backed Controller with expertise in financial management and revenue cycle optimization in a physician practice / MSO / IPA environment will be instrumental in driving our growth as we partner with EMS providers nationwide to reduce unnecessary ER visits and improve patient outcomes. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, with a particular focus on revenue cycle management, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in scaling our financial operations as we continue to grow and innovate in the healthcare space. DAY IN THE LIFE
Financial Management and Reporting
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for corporate, MSO and physician practice
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analyses for leadership and investors
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
- Collaborate on financial and legal structure matters, including management of CPOM, PLLC, and MSO entities
- Support treasury functions, including cash management and bank account oversight
- Develop, maintain, and modify accounting policies and procedures
