Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Job Specialty : Emergency Room (ER)

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night, 3x12-Hour (18 : 45 - 07 : 15)

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours for 3-12 hour shifts

Experience : Minimum of 1 year required

License : Valid State License required; pending license accepted

Certifications : ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS required

Must-Have :

EPIC charting system experience
Comfortable caring for both pediatric and adult patients
Ability to float within the scope to meet facility needs

Job Description :

Provide high-quality patient care in a busy Emergency Room setting

Manage patient ratios of 1 : 4

Work every third weekend as required

Complete a 40-hour orientation period

Participate in mandatory pre-start modules through WorkRamp

Adhere to facial hair policies for fit testing

Be available for holiday shifts at the discretion of the unit manager

Commitment to a maximum of 7 days off requested per 13-week contract

Compliance with the facility's COVID-19 and flu vaccine requirements (flu vaccine exemptions allowed for medical / religious reasons only)

Be open to floating within service line and potentially to nearby affiliated hospitals

Return staff must wait a specific period before reapplying as a traveler

Note : This position requires travel beyond a 75-mile radius from your residence. Local candidates within this radius are not accepted for this role, except for specific roles mentioned. References are preferred at the time of submission. Please indicate if interested in a longer contract than 13 weeks and if preferring 36 or 48-hour weeks.
