Summary
The Program Analyst will support Enterprise Project Managers within the Information and Application Portfolio Office. The analyst will assist in developing and managing project schedules, performing schedule analytics, and supporting performance management and project schedule integration. The role involves leveraging Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Power BI to deliver data-driven insights, manage timelines, and enhance communication across project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate IT project managers for enterprise-level IT projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and integrate them across programs.
- Conduct schedule analytics and performance management assessments.
- Prepare and manage project communications plans, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Create data visualizations and perform data analysis to support decision-making.
- Draft and review project documentation, reports, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records, work papers, and documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
- Participate in meetings, document status, risks, and action items.
- Collaborate with FBI and contractor personnel to support project success.
- Adhere to principles, policies, and project management standards.
