OtterBase is seeking compassionate, service-driven professionals to join our client's team as Healthcare Concierges at an area leading hospital. In this role, you'll support clinical teams, assist patients and families, and help create a calm, seamless experience during every interaction.

- Partner closely with nurses and clinical staff to fulfill non-clinical requests through our clients custom app.
- Engage with patients, parents, and visitors to provide thoughtful, responsive support.
